for the simplified procedures and customs clearance procedures, thus enabling a faster flow of goods.The most frequent simplifications are authorised consignee and authorised consignor.
Importer/exporter with the status of an authorised consignee/consignor is authorised to operate simplified procedures in transit and customs clearance.
Goods are delivered to/sent from the importer's/exporter's own premises without presenting the goods to customs offices, an entry is created in their own records, and then followed up with an electronic supplementary declaration which contains the full fiscal and statistical data.
