Intrastat is a system of collecting information and producing statistics
on the trade in goods between EU Member States.Economic operators from the Republic of Croatia that are
obligated to comply with Intrastat system
submit their monthly electronic reports to the Croatian Bureau of Statistics.
All economic operators whose total annual value of goods exchanged with other Member States of the EU for each of the two flows, arrivals and dispatches respectively, exceeds the exemption threshold established annualy are obliged to report in the Intrastat system on a monthly basis.
The reporting obligation of the economic operators is determined based on the data from the submitted VAT form and notified by the Customs Administration.
